Join us for the sixth week of our Warren Night School, an 8-week free online training program on the nuts and bolts of being a Community Team Leader for Elizabeth.
In this session, we'll cover how to prevent burnout and keep team members motivated for the long haul as well as how to conduct effective 1:1 meetings.
Before your training, we'll send you everything you need to participate. You’re encouraged to sign up for at least one of each topic, but you can pick and choose based on your interest/availability.
